Across summer 2026, a standout run of new releases from Amr Diab, Tamer Hosny, Mohamed Hamaki, Tamer Ashour, Cairokee, Angham, Yamane and Tul8te powered one of Anghami\u2019s strongest summers for Arabic music in recent years, with seven artists reaching number one on the platform. Taken together, their performance highlights the breadth of Arabic music resonating with audiences, as established icons and a new generation of artists competed for the top of Anghami\u2019s charts side by side.<\/p>\n

The region\u2019s biggest names continue to draw huge audiences. Mohamed Hamaki\u2019<\/strong>s latest album leads the season with 71 million streams<\/strong>, and within days of release it occupied a record breaking 18 of the Top 20 positions on Anghami\u2019s charts<\/strong>, an extraordinary level of chart dominance. Amr Diab<\/strong>\u2019s album follows with 53 million streams<\/strong>, while Tamer Hosny<\/strong>\u2019s album, at 44 million streams<\/strong>, delivered the strongest 48 hour debut<\/strong> of any album on Anghami in 2026, setting the benchmark for opening streaming performance this year. Tamer Ashour<\/strong>\u2019s album added a further 30 million streams<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Alongside the region\u2019s established stars, a new generation of artists is also commanding significant audiences.\u00a0 Tul8te<\/strong>\u2019s recent album and single releases have generated 23 million streams<\/strong>, and his track Garee2a Awy<\/em> has held the number 1 spot on Anghami for several weeks<\/strong>, an impressive feat given the competition this season. Yamane<\/strong> joined the season with an exclusive single released on the platform. Cairokee<\/strong>\u2019s album, with 28 million streams<\/strong>, added further momentum to the season, reinforcing the breadth of genres and artists performing strongly across the platform.<\/p>\n

In fact, nearly every artist in this season\u2019s run reached the very top of the platform. Amr Diab, Tamer Hosny, Mohamed Hamaki, Tamer Ashour, Cairokee, Angham and Tul8te each hit number 1 on Anghami<\/strong> with their most recent release.<\/p>\n

The season also marks the launch of Anghami Elite<\/strong>, the platform\u2019s new flagship program celebrating the region\u2019s most influential artists.
