Ain Alalam – Rashad Iskandrni

A formal signing ceremony took place today, August 13, 2026, at the AYAT Office in Al Barsha, Dubai, officially establishing a strategic partnership between AYAT Group and Airwerks Racing Team. Representatives led the landmark event from both organizations: Rashed Sultan Al Khateri, Ahmad Salamah, Janis Kienberger, and Hamad Bin Hadher. The collaboration brings together a UAE-based development group and one of the nation’s premier amateur cycling teams to champion active lifestyles, enhance community engagement, and promote health and wellness throughout the United Arab Emirates.

"" ""

The partnership reflects a shared commitment to supporting the growth of cycling as an integral component of the UAE’s active lifestyle landscape. Through this collaboration, AYAT Group and Airwerks Racing Team will create opportunities for community connection, participation, and athletic development.

“Our approach to development has always been centered around people and the communities they live in. Supporting sport is a natural extension of that. Cycling brings people together, encourages an active lifestyle, and creates a strong sense of community. Our partnership with Airwerks Racing Team reflects these shared values and our commitment to supporting initiatives that have a positive impact beyond the developments we build,” Rashed Sultan Al Khateri, Board Member of AYAT Group, stated.

The alliance will strengthen AYAT Group’s presence within the sporting community through integration across Airwerks Racing Team’s racing calendar, digital platforms, and community health initiatives. By supporting competitive sports alongside broader community participation, both organizations aim to contribute to the region’s social vision, recognizing that thriving cities are defined not only by physical buildings and infrastructure but also by the people, activities, and shared experiences that bring communities together.

“This partnership allows us to continue developing the team while supporting a wider cycling community. AYAT Group shares our belief in the value of sport, participation, and creating opportunities for riders to develop. We look forward to building on that together,” said Janis Kienberger, Founder of Airwerks Racing Team.

The collaboration also reflects a broader view of community development in Dubai and the UAE, where the quality of a city is shaped not only by its buildings and infrastructure, but by the people, activities, and lifestyles that bring its communities together.

Through the partnership, AYAT Group and Airwerks Racing Team will work towards a common objective: supporting sport, encouraging active lifestyles and strengthening community connections across the UAE.

[/mhc_text][/mhc_column][/mhc_row][/mhc_section]
