Radisson Collection Residences, Riyadh announces the opening of Emily’s Brasserie, a new restaurant serving European and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine alongside Middle Eastern favorites. Opening to the public from 31^st of August 2026, the restaurant is located on the 18th floor, the restaurant combines all-day dining with panoramic views across Riyadh, taking guests from relaxed mornings and leisurely afternoons to vibrant evenings overlooking the city.

Emily’s Brasserie is one of two international dining concepts at Radisson Collection Residences, Riyadh, alongside Obi Urban Sushi, opening later in September. Both restaurants operate under Venture Group’s franchise brand, a globally recognized hospitality group known for bringing world-class dining experiences to the region.

Located within Radisson Collection Residences, Riyadh, on the 18^th floor, Emily’s Brasserie offers a warm and contemporary setting for leisurely breakfasts, casual lunches, afternoon gatherings and relaxed dinners. Floor-to-ceiling views over the city provide a striking backdrop throughout the day, with the atmosphere becoming particularly captivating at sunset and as Riyadh’s skyline lights up in the evening.

Designed as a social dining destination, Emily’s Brasserie brings together contemporary interiors, a welcoming ambience and an energetic spirit. The all-day menu reflects a blend of European and Mediterranean influences with familiar Middle Eastern flavors, prepared using quality ingredients and presented with refined touches. Among its signature dishes are Spaghetti al Ragu, Wagyu Filet, Lamb Chops, Grilled Seabass and Linguini al Pesto, followed by Emily’s Special Tarts, Desert Selections and Mocktails, available in a selection of flavors.

As evening approaches, Emily’s Brasserie takes on a livelier character. The energetic atmosphere, sunset views and illuminated Riyadh skyline create an inviting setting for dinners, celebrations and social occasions with friends and family.

Now open to the public, Emily’s Brasserie welcomes residents of Radisson Collection Residences, Riyadh, alongside visitors from across the city seeking a contemporary dining destination defined by its cuisine, atmosphere, views and warm hospitality.
