Saudi Exchange announced on Sunday, 9 August 2026, its approval of Armah Sports Company’s request to transfer from the Parallel Market (Nomu) to the Main Market, with a share capital of SAR 328,591,660 and 32,859,166 shares.

The approval represents an important milestone in the Company’s journey and one of the regulatory stages required to complete the transfer process to the Main Market.

In accordance with the applicable procedures, Armah Sports Company’s shares will continue to be traded on the Parallel Market (Nomu) until the end of the Transfer Document publication period. The Company will publish the Transfer Document within three trading sessions following the announcement of Saudi Exchange’s approval, after which it will be made available to the public through the websites of the Company, Saudi Exchange, and the financial advisor for a period of ten trading sessions.

Following the end of the Transfer Document publication period, trading in the Company’s shares will be suspended for no more than five trading sessions to complete the transfer procedures. Saudi Exchange will subsequently announce the suspension date and the date on which the Company’s shares will commence listing and trading on the Main Market once all required procedures have been completed.

The Company notes that Saudi Exchange’s approval of the transfer request confirms that the Company has fulfilled the applicable regulatory requirements under the Listing Rules and does not constitute an endorsement of the merits of investing in the Company’s shares.

The request to transfer to the Main Market builds on Armah Sports Company’s journey in the Saudi capital market since the listing and commencement of trading of its shares on the Parallel Market (Nomu) in November 2023. Saudi Exchange’s approval of the transfer request marks the next step toward completing the remaining procedures and commencing the listing and trading of the Company’s shares on the Main Market.
